1. I have the right to decline your commission for any reason

2. Payment
• Payment is required before starting commission via PayPal.
• Refunds:
• Before work begins: Full refund.
• After sketch starts: Partial refund (based on progress).
• After line-art: No refunds unless under exceptional circumstances.3.Process & Delivery
• Estimated completion time: 2–4 weeks. Delays may occur due to health, emergencies, or queue length.
• WIPs (Work-in-Progress) may be provided upon request.
• Revisions are limited to 2 during the sketch phase. Major changes may incur extra fees.
• Final files will be delivered via Email/Gmail in Formats: PNG, JPEG4. Client Responsibilities
• Provide clear references & details5. Copyright & Usage
• I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to display it in my portfolio, social media, and promotional materials.
• Clients may:
• Use the art for personal/non-commercial purposes (icons, prints, etc.).
• Credit me (@RikkaChan_1117) when posting online.
• Clients may NOT:
• Claim the art as their own.
• Edit, trace, or resell the artwork for profit.
• Use commissioned art for NFTs, AI training, or merchandise without written permission (additional fees apply).6. Commercial Use
• Commercial projects (logos, merch, etc.) require a separate agreement and higher fees.
• Credit is still required unless otherwise negotiated.7. Cancellation Policy
